Mid Mountain Lots ($79,000 - $175,000)

These lots are situated around the middle area of the mountain and have excellent mountain and some lake views. Some tree work will allow full use of the views available. All lots own the trees directly below them and so cannot lose views due to neighbor’s trees. These lots are still fairly affordable and most are gently sloped making them easy to build on.

 


Mountain Top Lots ($179,000 - $235,000)

These lots are along the ridge line at the top of the mountain and all back onto US Forest Service land. Being at the absolute top they all have fantastic mountain, river and  lake views.

Homeowners Association
